As a lead web designer at McCann, I worked with 24 creatives, an in-house team of 4 developers, and external consultants from Usuaria. MX Mexico will redesign the portals of 3 massive government branches, promoting Investment, Export, and Tourism globally.
My initial diagnosis was to introduce Colombia's government officials to design thinking through structured workshops, using design systems as a foundation to foster mutual understanding, build trust, and collaboratively develop effective, user-centered solutions—drawing on the GOV.UK redesign from the early 2010s, as audited by Usuaruia.mx
